當視野升起，避過產業道路與河水的阻隔，廣大地景上有著無數大小不一的格狀水塭，如萬千鏡片鑲嵌地表；密佈的人工濕地與河海口浮棚式蚵架彼此交相呼應，形成抽象畫般的縱橫線條，將點點星光的水車圍圈其中。
此次駐台江創作計畫，兩位藝術家以三個月的時間，游走於兩河之間的人工濕地群，及作為表演廳的台江文化中心兩處現場，透過將觀者視覺焦點轉移放遠，以身體感知重新思索何謂「現地」與「在場」。台江有著地質沈積般豐厚的歷史紋理，如今鹽田廢曬、魚塭休養，逐漸長成帶狀的紅樹林等耐鹽生物生長於斯；騎著摩托車從中穿行，一望無邊荒涼遒勁的鹽地草澤，水鳥悠游，眼前綠葉簇擁映著水光天色，我們要如何形容特屬此時此地的奇妙風光？
也許，身體所經驗到的只是一個理想的下午⋯能見的也只是忽地閃現視野的燦燦水光。

When the view lifts beyond the obstructions of industrial roads and waterways, the vast landscape reveals countless fishponds of different sizes, like thousands of mirrors set into the ground. These ponds correspond to the floating oyster racks along the coast, forming intersecting lines in which the waterwheels rest, glimmering like points of starlight.
In this Taikang residency project, the two artists spent three months moving between the surrounding water landscapes and the Taikang Cultural Center, which also functions as a performance hall. By shifting the viewer’s focus outward and attending to bodily perception, they reconsider what it means to be on site and to be present. Taijiang carries rich historical textures, yet as the salt fields have long been abandoned and the fishponds left to rest, bands of mangroves and other salt-tolerant species have gradually taken root. Riding a scooter through these terrains, one encounters expansive stretches of austere coastal grasslands, waterbirds moving through the shallows, and clusters of green leaves reflecting the light of sky and water. How might one describe a landscape that belongs so distinctly to this moment and this place?
Perhaps what the body experiences is simply an ideal afternoon, and what becomes visible are only brief flashes of water.
